Don't start your day off with massive amounts of rum, I've now determined. You feel great at first, but then the alcohol shock hits and you become overly thirsty and tired.

However, the food I pigged out on at the Golden Corral in Tamarac (literally down the street from where Sean lived..don't know how we never went there once) with Kristina helped greatly to leech the alcohol from my body so I could remain functional long enough that I could pass out again for a few hours.

Besides that, done basically nothing all day and loved it. Passover starts tomorow? Ugh.

The Cause of All Problems is Green

I've spent an abundant amount of time recently thinking about all of my problems, and all of the problems immediately effecting those most important to me. What I've concluded is that more than 90% of these problems would not be problems if money were in some way not a factor.

So, I've decided that I want to be rich. I mean, everyone WANTS to be rich, but no one with a heart comes out and says it because "money can't buy happiness." Well, quoting "Weird Al" - "if money can't buy happiness, I guess I'll have to rent it."

I used far too many quotation marks in that last "paragraph."

I'm not a big Staind fan, but..

"it's been awhile" since I've updated. Quite awhile, at that.

I feel much more at home here in Florida now. I'm currently pledging Sammy and despite it being tedious, I'm also always looking forward to whatever is coming next. Pledgemaster is having me buff up, so I've started doing pushups at least twice a day, and starting today I'm weightlifting as well as taking massive Protein supplements (also twice daily).

And February 9th should definitely be an experience.

I'll keep you updated, Xanga.

Oh..and I'm in Modern Jewish Civilization right now. yeaaaah.

I Can't Believe I'm Still Up

yawn. Why am I writing in here?

Yesterday I told Sammy I wouldn't be able to pledge. I had my own reasons, but I really did like my pledge class. Ah well. I also met some cool chick, Michelle the other day during one of my classes and we hung out. Nice to make a new friend here.

Speaking of which, tonight I hung out with Seth and two of his suite mates, Jon and Tyler. They live next door, so it'll be nice to have people this close that I can hang out with when I'm bored. Seth was in my pledge class with me, but he dropped out earlier than I did. At Wendy's, we got there 20 minutes before their drive thru closed. We tried to walk through the drive thru, but I had to drive up to it and some of the guys waked beside the car. They forgot to give us food and mixed up another order, so in a smartass move, they left the cheese off a cheeseburger and put it onto the spicy chicken sandwich I got.

Later, Martha im'd me to hang out. She was upset because her phone got wet and broke and wanted to chill. We had a good time and then got some McD's. And then it's now, at 5 AM and I'm still up.

Time to sleep. Goodnight.

Tonight I revisited the past in my mind by watching the first season of the OC on DVD. Watching the episodes, I somehow remembered everything I was feeling at the time of those episodes. And considering I just watched about 8 episodes in a row, I feel very emotionally unnerved. As the season progressed, and Seth became more popular on the show, so did I I feel as I was becoming more of a name both in Brandeis and Claire's friend circle. And then there was a whole plotline I could relate to Diana and everything that was going on with her. It's just interesting to think of how much has changed since the summer after tenth grade. The O.C. is a part of me, then and now; and I guess it's also a relection of who I am at the time.

What's more, Zach Frankel just Facebooked me tonight. I don't even want to get into what that means, I just wanted to make a note of it for myself later.

I'm on a Mac now..wootwootwoot

Life is pretty sweet right now. I'm in the dorm which is amazing. I have a couple of great friends here already and the adjustment has been very smooth.

Also, I now have a Macbook which I love. It seems like a lot has happened in a short period of time, and I can already tell it's going to be a sweet semester.

Today I hung out with Martha after my first class and ended up getting lost before my second one. Yes..I missed the first day of one of my classes. Haha..hopefully not a trend.

Anyway, no time to complain. Perhaps I'll verse Brent in some Fight Night. Excellent.
